Very thoughtful and caring service all the way through from inspection to follow-up weeks after delivery back to me.

I was recommended by a coworker to use Red Rock Auto repair. My engine light came on and the dealership could not get me in for 2 weeks. Red rock auto repair was able to get me in the very next day. Unfortunately, the work that needed to be done was quite expensive and was covered under my warranty with the dealership. I elected to use my warranty. I appreciated the thoroughness of their diagnostic process, and more so their honesty. They were the ones who advised me to use my dealer. i will absolutely be returning to RRAR for any future car needs though!

Tried Red Rock Repair for oil change and radiator flush. Made an appointment, dropped off vehicle was made aware of a couple minor items that need to be addressed at sometime in the future. Staff very friendly, made me feel comfortable vehicle was finished in a timely manner.
