Outside tests indicated a bad alternator so I thought I’d try Red Rock Auto For the first time. They tested and monitored the alternator extensively and found nothing wrong. I came away with a very good feeling about theIr honesty and thoroughness. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends.

I live pretty close and needed an oil change. I stopped in and met Sean and Danielle. They have a clean shop, treated me really well and made me feel welcome. Sean explained the options for the oil change and the different prices. I ended up getting a full synthetic oil change on my 2017 Accord. While I was waiting for my car (didn’t wait very long) there were several customers that came in that Sean and Danielle knew by name! It made me feel really good about getting work done there. I highly recommend this shop if you live in Summerlin or are just in the area. You get a full inspection report too! I will definitely be back! Thank you Sean and Danielle for a great experience.

I’ve worked on my own cars since 1975, wouldn’t let a shop work on my cars. I’ve used this shop a couple of times and am completely satisfied with their service. They know that it’s more important to do the job right than to do it quick. They are my go to shop from now on.

Sean was very open concerning the repairs needed on our vehicle and Danielle fully explained all of the charges due. The comprehensive feedback with photos from the service tech was really great. Friendly and professional. Listened, communicated well and explained the issues with my vehicle. Only problem was that they kept the vehicle longer than initially expected (which was fine) but then didn’t get the core service work completed in time for my road trip as I had requested. Still, I would use them again for service.

Visiting Las Vegas and the engine light came on in my Ford Explorer. Dealerships were either booked out over a week or wanted $140 minimum just to look at my car. A friend recommended Red Rock Repair. It was a great experience from start to finish, as much as repairing your car can be. They got me in quickly, communicated with me regularly about issue, price, and timing. Finished when they said they would and price came in a few dollars under their estimate. Wish they were in my town.
