I would like to highly recommend SUVs Trucks & More. I have taken my vehicle to these folks a couple of times now. The first time (last year) I had an issue with our AC. I took my vehicle to this shop before the current owners took it over. The previous owner totally screwed it up and, to say the least, I was not impressed. The new owners took it on themselves to fix the problem on their dime. This was above what I would have expected a new owner to do. I later took the same vehicle back to get the engine mounts replace and radiator replaced. This work was performed without any issues. I would still be using this company for my auto repairs, but I have since moved to northern Nevada. I highly recommend this company as a company you can trust to do the right thing. After reading the reviews here, I decided to ignore the few negative comments and take my Acura in to determine why the a/c would intermittently blow warm air. Colt was amazing on the phone, my husband took the car in, and we were quoted a price to find out what was wrong. We were cautioned that there wasn't a 100% guarantee the problem could be fixed, and that we might be paying for nothing. We were willing to take the chance. Apparently, Bernie was selling the business exactly when I brought my car in and didn't give two hoots about his customers anymore. If he were still running this business, I would be giving a one-star rating and warning people never to come to this shop. I paid over $500 to retrieve my car after the a/c had been blown out completely - no more intermittent warm air problem - now I had no a/c at all. Colt is a great guy (and is still with the shop under its new owners) and tried to get Bernie to do the right thing by us, but Bernie refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB against the business. Fast forward a couple of months. I received a phone call from Danielle, who told me she and her husband Sean were the new owners of this business and saw the BBB complaint I had filed. She said it didn't sit right with them, and long story short my a/c is running perfectly thanks the good will of the new owners. Honestly folks, they had nothing to do with the original problem and didn't have to reach out to me at all. The fact that they did speaks volumes to their work ethic and care for their customers. Colt is still at the shop and seems like a real standup guy and great mechanic. Sean and Danielle are great to work with, and I would highly recommend this shop under their new ownership.
