This was my fist time using Red Rock Repair and it will definitely be my default for any mechanic services I need from here on out. The staff was very courteous and did not try to sell me on things that were not necessary to my needs. The repair was done quickly and everything looks of the highest quality. I can’t stress how easy and stress free this experience was! Definitely my best experience with mechanics in Vegas!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Did a full inspection and individual quotes for each issue found. No pressure, just information. They recommended 1 be repaired as a safety matter. Exactly what I was looking for - straight up information on what they found and let me decide what I wanted to do. Danielle at the desk was awesome!!! 100% will return with my other vehicles.

Had a Fass fuel pump installed in 2019 2500 diesel. Everyone was super knowledgeable mechanic took the time to thoroughly explained the procedure. Met all my expectations!! I took my Chrysler T and C here to address transmission issues. One of my transmission lines/hoses failed and leaked fluid all over the road, causing loss of power, burning smell, and engine vibration. Out of caution I had stopped driving had the the lines replaced at home and looked around for a shop that didn't have multiple bad reviews. I don't trust auto shops but I found Red Rock Repair and called them. In the beginning the customer service was great and Danielle made the process seamless. I called Thursday and set up their earliest appointment which was the following Wednesday. Little far away but I trusted the reviews even though being without a car was a problem, I trusted the quick service. I had to get a rental $$$, and was hoping all would be finished quickly, so I could save some money on the rental and put more money towards any repair. They finished the initial diagnostic on the following Thursday and I was told I would receive a call on Friday to go over the plan for the van. When I didn't get a call, I was concerned and called red Rock Repair but only got their voicemail. My vehicle was in for 3 days without any game plan, so I sent them a text and then my wife also called and also couldn't reach them. A whole weekend went by and when I didn't get a call by 9am on Monday I sent a text stating I wanted my vehicle back because I was growing concerned this would be dragged out too long and by the time they fixed I wouldn't be able to afford the rental that was already costing $900+. I just wanted my van back. I called the shop and spoke to Shaun who informed me the staff was sick and or had the flu and that is the reason for the lack of update. While this was a decent explanation, it didn't help us that we were out of timely vehicle repair that was already four business days in. Longer the wait, the less money I could spend. I was not happy about the situation but then they called me and turned it around and brought the charm. They stated they could fix my o2 sensor within the day since the transmission issue was just overfilled following the transmission line replacement.They apologized to me and you could tell they were doing everything they could to fix the situation. This is why they have good reviews, it seems like they care. I have my vehicle back. They did a good job, the customer service was excellent when they weren't sick. Good people, but just unfortunate that I had to put more into a rental, when I would've liked to spend it on the van.
