I have never had such warm, professional, and efficient service at an auto shop. The reception staff is above and beyond with customer service, and your inspection/ diagnostics and quote are delivered with photos and an explanation. When the time came to approve the charges, I was able to do that in the app and arrange to pay for the service and pick up my car via digital messaging. Best mechanic experience EVER

This was my first visit to Red Rock Repair. Their operation is efficient, friendly, professional and honest. I dropped my truck off Wednesday morning for repair of the passenger window. I was kept apprised of the progress and I picked up the truck Thursday afternoon as promised. I even received a significant refund when they discovered an error in billing. I don't ever recall something like that happening from other businesses. The folks at Red Rock Repair run a uniquely impressive operation. Thanks for a job well done!
